SafeNTFS privacy policy

SafeNTFS works with the drives and files you select on your Mac. We do not automatically receive disk contents. The app has no advertising or built-in analytics, and you do not need an account or a SafeNTFS cloud service to use it.

Settings, drive-access permissions and operation history are stored on your Mac. History and copy-check records may include disk and file names, paths, identifiers, sizes, dates and checksums. The app uses these details to work with files and check saved copy results.

You can prepare a support report and review it before sending it. Reports may include app and macOS versions, drive details, operations and errors. They do not include file contents. You decide whether to save the report on your Mac or email it. Your email provider handles delivery under its own policies.

We use reports you send to investigate your request and improve the app. Email [email protected] about information you have shared. Apple handles App Store purchases, TestFlight feedback and system diagnostics under its own terms and privacy settings.
